  1. Hello, you know that we do not call the language « Huron » but « Wendat » in Wendake and « Wandat » in Oklahoma. Also, önenh does not mean Thank you but Goodbye. Thank you in Wendat is Tiawenhk. I am Wendat, I teach the language in Wendake and we have our revitalization program led by a Wendat linguist Megan Lukaniec who’s now a doctor in linguistic. I imagine you know about our Wendat language website.
